Last updated: June 5, 2026

By using VerifyHadith, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Purpose of the Service

VerifyHadith is a research and source-matching tool. It helps users search hadith texts, compare possible source records, and review available metadata from supported references and databases.

VerifyHadith does not certify hadith authenticity, issue fatwas, replace qualified Islamic scholarship, or provide binding religious rulings.

2. No Religious Certification

Any grades, classifications, source references, or summaries displayed by VerifyHadith are based on available source records, referenced databases, and metadata. They are provided for research and informational purposes only.

Users should consult qualified scholars for religious rulings, teaching, publication, legal matters, or formal reliance.

3. AI-Assisted Results

Some results may include AI-assisted matching, summarization, or explanation. AI may make mistakes or produce incomplete results. AI-assisted output should not be treated as a final scholarly judgment.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for how they interpret and use the information shown by VerifyHadith. Users agree not to present VerifyHadith results as official certificates, fatwas, or guaranteed authenticity rulings.

5. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to provide useful and careful source-matching results, but we do not guarantee that every result is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a specific purpose. Hadith references, numbering, translations, and grades may differ across editions, databases, publishers, and scholarly methodologies.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the service.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the platform.
  • Do not scrape or copy data in violation of applicable rights or terms.
  • Do not use the service for deceptive, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
  • Do not misrepresent AI-assisted results as formal Islamic rulings.

7. Intellectual Property

The VerifyHadith name, interface, design, and original content belong to VerifyHadith or its respective owners. Third-party hadith texts, translations, references, and metadata may belong to their respective sources, publishers, or licensors.

8. Third-Party Sources

VerifyHadith may reference third-party databases, collections, translations, or resources. We do not claim ownership of third-party materials unless specifically stated. Availability and accuracy of third-party sources may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyHadith is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for losses, damages, misunderstandings, religious reliance, publication decisions, or other consequences resulting from use of the service.

10. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
